Indigenous Student Centre Open House - Dalhousie

Each year Dalhousie University hosts local Indigenous students to the campus to explore and apply. Obviously with COVID19 restrictions we have gone virtual in our approach this year. This does open the door for so many more students, further away, to take part in exploring Dalhousie University as a post-secondary option.

Virtual Open House: Saturday, November 7. This annual event will be offered virtually this November. There will be opportunities to explore faculties, learn about our campuses, connect with profs and current students and get a taste for student life. We’ll also be hosting an information session for Indigenous students as part of the event and will have an Indigenous Student Centre booth for any question's students have throughout the day. The majority of event content will also be available for the full month following the event for those unable to attend on event-day. Full event details, including registration is available at dal.ca/openhouse

Indigenous Student Session: We know not everyone will be able to participate in Open House, so following the event, we’ll share a session recording as well as other resources for you and your students to learn more about Dalhousie. At that time, we’ll also share information on the application process and contact details for the advisor supporting Indigenous applicants and supporters.
